❃ Safety and Safe Space Principles

We actively take measures to ensure safety at Tullikamari. We recommend using hearing protection during concerts; earplugs are available for purchase at the bars.

The following items are prohibited at Tullikamari events:

  • Professional and video cameras (media permits must be arranged in advance via accreditation)
  • Selfie sticks and gimbals
  • Umbrellas
  • Glass bottles and cans (regardless of contents)
  • Pets
  • Folding/camping chairs
  • High-visibility vests and jackets
  • Outside food (small snacks like energy bars or nuts are permitted)
  • Prams and pushchairs
  • Alcohol and illicit substances
  • Firearms, knives, and weapons
  • Any objects or substances intended to cause harm
  • Multi-tools
  • Explosives, fireworks, flares, lasers
  • Heavy chains
  • Spray paint and permanent markers

Illegal items and substances will be confiscated during bag checks and handed over to the police. This list is subject to change based on security regulations or event-specific requirements. Please be prepared to present the contents of your bag if requested by security staff. Crowd surfing is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy

Tullikamari is a discrimination-free space. We do not tolerate any form of harassment based on gender, ethnic background, religion, skin colour, or sexual orientation. If you experience distressing, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior during an event at Tullikamari, please notify security or any staff member immediately.

Tullikamari also has a designated harassment contact person. All contacts directed to the harassment officer are handled with strict confidentiality and, if desired, anonymously. Most of our staff have received equality and harassment contact training. Feel free to approach any staff member during event hours.

Safer Space Principles

  • Everyone is equally valued here. Discriminating against or treating others disrespectfully may result in removal from the venue.
  • Do not make assumptions or call names. You cannot assume someone’s gender, sexuality, physical ability, background, or wealth based on appearance.
  • Respect personal boundaries. Do not touch others without consent. Sexual harassment is a crime and subject to zero tolerance.
  • Violent behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises and legal consequences.
  • If you experience discrimination, threats, harassment, or observe dangerous behaviour, contact the staff immediately. We promise to intervene and help you get out of an uncomfortable situation safely.
  • Our staff and performers hold the same rights and responsibilities as our guests. They are here for you—please respect their work and do not hesitate to ask for help if needed.
