What are Tullikamari’s opening hours?
Tullikamari and its event spaces operate on an event-by-event basis. The venue is also open on weekdays for lunch from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Specific event schedules and door times can be found in our event calendar. Last-minute changes are possible.

Where is Tullikamari located and how do I get there?
We are located in central Tampere, right next to the Central Railway Station:
- Tullikamari: Tullikamarin aukio 2, 33100 Tampere
You can easily reach us via public transport (Nysse tram stop Tulli, or nearby bus stops on Itsenäisyydenkatu, Rautatienkatu, and Yliopistonkatu). Tampere Bus Station is one kilometer away, and Tampere-Pirkkala Airport is 17 km away (connected by Nysse bus line 103). If arriving by car, nearby multi-storey parking facilities include P-Hämppi and P-Tullintori.

Where can I buy tickets?
Advance tickets are available online through Tiketti. You can find direct purchasing links in our event calendar. If an event is sold out, no additional tickets will be available at the door unless officially announced. For safe ticket resale, please use www.liputon.fi.

What are the age limits for Tullikamari's events?
Gigs and concerts are generally 18+ (K18). Selected all-ages events are marked as ‘S’ or ‘S/K18’, featuring a designated licensed alcohol area for adult guests.

How much is the cloakroom fee?
The cloakroom fee is included in the ticket price (unless stated otherwise).

Are student discounts or customer perks available?
Special night scene perks are available with the Tampere travel card (Nysse). Additional Tullikamari Klubi perks and the Tullikamari Cardu service will launch in autumn 2026. Student discounts will be specified closer to the venue’s reopening.

Is Tullikamari accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes. Klubi’s main entrance features a wheelchair ramp, while Pakkahuone offers step-free access and a lift to the upstairs concert hall. Both spaces feature accessible and gender-neutral toilets.

Elevator Size Restrictions: If using a large mobility device, please email tullikamari(at)kulttuurikamari.fi in advance so we can assist your visit.

Viewing Area & Early Entry: For standing concerts, a dedicated viewing area is reserved near the left side of the stage. If you require early entry or seating for health reasons, contact us beforehand or notify staff upon arrival.

What is the policy for personal assistants?
Personal assistants enter events free of charge using the attendee’s ticket. Proof of need (such as an EU Disability Card with the “A” symbol) may be requested upon entry.

What are Tullikamari's safer space principles?
We are a member of the We Speak Gay network and operate as a zero-tolerance, discrimination-free space. We do not tolerate harassment, violence, or hate speech of any kind. If you feel unsafe or experience inappropriate behavior, alert our staff immediately or contact our designated Harassment Contact Person, Lotta Ahtinen, at lotta(at)kulttuurikamari.fi.

Can I take photos or videos during events?

Mobile Phones: Non-flash phone photography is generally permitted for personal use unless restricted by the artist. Recording or videoing full performances is strictly prohibited due to copyright law. Publishing photos of staff or attendees requires their consent.

Professional Equipment: Cameras with detachable lenses (DSLRs), tripods, selfie sticks, and gimbals are prohibited without an official press/media permit.

What items are prohibited inside the venue?
Prohibited items include outside food/alcohol, glass bottles, cans, umbrellas, professional photo/video gear, laser pointers, multi-tools, weapons, illegal substances, and large items like pushchairs or camping chairs. Small snacks (e.g., energy bars) and personal earplugs are permitted. Earplugs are also sold at our bars.

How do media members apply for accreditation?
Accreditations are handled directly by individual event organizers. You can contact the organizer directly or send requests to tullikamari(at)kulttuurikamari.fi for forwarding.

What should I do if I lost an item at Tullikamari?
Lost property is forwarded to the Pirkanmaa Lost and Found Office (Pirkanmaan löytötavaratoimisto). You can enquire about lost items by calling +358 600 300 758 or checking their official website.

Can I hire Tullikamari for private or corporate events?
Yes, both Pakkahuone and Klubi are available for private and corporate functions. Please fill out the contact form on our website or visit our Venues & Services page to reach our sales team.
