This one-day indoor festival, curated by the band Endstand, offers a great overview of the current state of the Finnish hardcore scene. The term “hardcore” encompasses a stylistically diverse group of bands, ranging from Gray State’s metal-infused power to Armoton’s more punk-driven energy. The purpose of the Never Fall Into Silence event is to showcase, over the course of the day, what the genre’s brightest current acts look and sound like, while also giving newer acts the chance to perform on a larger stage. It’s all about quality and diversity: At this event, you’ll get a great sense of how high-quality alternative culture is thriving in our country.
